Under the table rights

simple question, I was working at a garage, under the table and was injured! what can/should I do?

If your employer had worker's compensation you could submit a claim even though you are "under the table." Of course there could be consequences such as failure to report the income for tax purposes, etc. Otherwise, if someone was negligent in causing your injury you may have a lawsuit for damages. If neither of those and you have no private insurance the outlook is not good.
