Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Mexico

I can't seem to get a clear answer but really need to know. Our house just went through the "foreclosure sale" a few days ago, and we believe we are in the 45 day redemption period. Is it or is it not legal for someone to buy our house from the bank and rent it back to us?

Whomever purchased your house at the foreclosure sale has the right to reasonable rent during the redemption period. Unless/until you redeem, it is no longer your property.
