Default Real Estate Contract
I have a real estate contract with a guy who has not made a payment since November so he has since default and I have the deed back in my name and recorded so how do I get the guy out? HELP

You will have to get a court Order for his eviction. In Bernalillo County the do-it-yourself forms at are at the Metropolitan Court. In other counties they are at the Magistrate Court. The procedure is tricky and must be followed exactly. Court personnel will not give you legal advice, fill out the forms, or tell you how to do so. If the property is valuable you may want professional help from a lawyer.
