Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Mexico
Disclosure
The seller has Exclusive agency agreement with a company. The QB happens to be the sellers dad. The listing broker has no relation to either. So do they need to disclose the realation and if so could that be grounds to cancel agreement. The property disclosure is signed but not date could that have any affect also?
