home inspection
what happens when you purchasing a home and the realtor tells you that you wont need a home inspection since one was done recently by other prospective buyers had done, so she suggest you use that one to save you some money. Later you find out that you dont have paperwork on home inspection.

Demand the paperwork from the realtor. If you don't get it, file a complaint with the NM Board of Realtors.
