Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Mexico

i own a home and my roof keeps leaking, i have left several messages on the companys answering machine,with no reply back the roof i under contract still what course of action should i pursue next.

1) File a Complaint with the consumer's affairs division of the Attorney's General's office in Santa Fe. If that doesn't work, sue the company in small claims court [Metropolitan Court].
