Homestead exemption

Can I get an exemption on my County taxes for this? And how is it figureed?

No. There are tax exemptions for Vets and low-income. The homestead exemption has nothing t do with taxes. It is the amount which must be paid before lived-in real estate may be sold for a civil judgment.
