Judgement for damages to rental property

how do file for damags/palce judgemt against a tenant for damages (not normal wear) to a rental property

If you are in Albuquerque, you file suit in Metropolitan Court. If not, in Magistrate Court. They will not advise you, but they will provide you with the necessary forms. If you plan on evicting, read up on the notices required and how they must be served.
