i have given a person a life estate but now that person will not take care of the property and is not living there and is not paying anything im in new mexico what can i do thanks trace

Unless the person voluntarily re-assigns the life estate, the only thing you can do is go to court and attempt to rescind the life estate on the grounds of waste.
