Property awarded in divorce

divorced, uncontested, 4/06-ex-husband now wants property back, can he leagally do it?

If you were awarded community property in an uncontested divorce in 2006, and there was no fraud involved, the decree will stand. No, under the circumstances you describe, he cannot take title to property properly awarded to you in a legitimate divorce proceeding.
