Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Mexico

I own a property outright however there is someone that claims they have a life lease how do I file a quite title suit?

Have you seen the lease? If not, you should. A quiet title action is not something for the do-it-your-selfer. If the matter is important, consulate a real estate lawyer in your area.
