quit claim deeds

i found a quit claim deed that i never signed. I belive someone forged my signature on the quit claim deed and had it notorized. what do i do? what crimes are being committed

The District Attorney for the judicial district in which you live handles fraud and forgery cases. The number is in the blue pages in the front of your phone book.
