Real estate ownership and transfer

My sister and I bought a house together 5 years ago, and we have it as joint tenants. I now want to move out and transfer my 50% interest to her (quitclaim?). How do I do this? I have a quitclaim form, but I need to know with whom to file it in New Mexico.

The County Clerk of the county in which the property is located.
