My ex boyfriend has sexually harassed me and is now threatening me. What legal actions can I take?

Call local law enforcement and file a report. Show the report to someone in law enforcement or the DA's office to see if he is guilty of stalking. Also, check with your local Clerk of Court for forms to apply for a restraining order.
