Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New Mexico

Sexual harasssment

Several years ago when I was in my early forties and working in the mailroom of a law firm one of the employees mentioned thaty at my age I should be concerned about how fertile I am to produce children. I did not like him mentioning this and could I have pursued a charge of sexual harassment?

That comment doesn't fit the legal criteria of sexual harassment, but working in that type of environment is never healthy. You should be happy you're no longer working around people like that.
