Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Mexico
Hi, I was on a highway in New mexico going 100 in a 75. I had just gone down a hill, can this effect my insurance and license points since I was on a highway?

You will definitely collect points for the speeding violation, but probably not an increase in your insurance unless your prior records shows more traffic violations. You might want to slow down before your insurance premium goes through the roof.
