Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Mexico
My biological father died. He had a wife and three adopted children. I don't know if the children were legally adopted or not. Do I have any right to any portion of his estate.

If there is no will and no surviving spouse, all children inherit equally - in your case each child inherits 1/4 of the estate if the 3 were adopted. If they were not legally adopted, then the biological child inherits all.
