Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Mexico
daddysword
My father's will left all assets to myself and younger brother, excluding daughters,wife,ex-wife intentionally and stating so. Brother was assigned POA pending Probate. Before this could come to be, brother was found out to be incompetant because of unpaid debts, repos, etc. Courts assigned Personal Estate representative, at which time my ex-wife retained legal advice and put a lean on my inheritance, Equipment Co did as well. Following Probate Sistersa and my Mother have contested the will. Is this probable and how long whould it take?
