Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Mexico

if my grandpa doesn't have a will, and i am the pod on his accounts how does that work out? Can anyone touch the money or just me?

Anyone listed on the account can get the funds from the bank. If his name is the only one on the account, then upon his death the balance of the account goes to you based upon the facts you provide.
