Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Mexico

I own a home, have three sons, and want to leave my house to them in case of my death. My question is, are their wives legally entitled to any part of this inheritance?

No, but of course their husbands can give them any portion of the inheritance they want to. You need legal advice concerning a Transfer on Death arrangement, and perhaps other estate work. You may contact us at [email protected] for further information if you require such.
