Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Mexico

Is there a legal limit for how long it can take to execute a will and trust (irrevocable) in CA? Do the terms of the trust or will change or become voided under CA law, if they are not executed within that time frame? Can you point me to any online resources where CA laws in this area, are spelled out?
