Power of Attorney (Revoke of one)
I was needing to know how we can take power of attorney away from someone? Is there a time frame where it would expire?

A power of attorney can be revoked by the grantor of the power at any time. The revocation needs to be in writing and delivered to the grantee of the power. If it were me, I would have the revocation notarized, attach a copy of the original power of attorney as Exhibit A, and record it in the office of the County Clerk of the county in which you reside. That's called icing on the cake.

Only the maker of the power can revoke it.
