Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Mexico
We are doing the probate for a woman who left her estate to 1) parents (now dead); 2) her issues or heirs (no husband, children, siblings); 3) a church. Are the first cousins entitled to a share? Or does it pass directly to the church, since all of the others are dead?
