Result of an affair

What are the rights of an heir sired by a married man and a married woman (not man and wife)upon the death of the man.

If there is a will, then that's the way it goes. Children have no right of inheritance. If there is no will, then the child shares 50% equally with any other children. The man's wife gets the other 50%, generally.
