revocation of a quit claim deed
i was given durable power of attorney from my parents over a year ago, ihad a quit claim deed done on there home. since then i have been fighting 7 other family members. last week they talked my father who is in a nursing home, and my mother who still lives in the home to revoke my power of attorney, i have not yet been served with this revocation . can the quit claim deed be reversed and my name taken off? this was done solely for the purpose of having to pledge the home to the state medicaid program in order for them to pay for my fathers instutiional care.

Re: revocation of a quit claim deed
Your father is free to revoke any documents that he has signed previously if he is competent. I'm not sure why you think a Power of Attorney was necessary for a deed, he could have signed the deed himself. Also, the state has a statutory lien on the house for reimbursement, why was a deed necessary?
