Rights of Surviorship

My mother past away without a will.� I have my name on the deed written out, ''mothers name or my name''.� She was married back in Sept.� Since my name is on the deed does that mean I'm entitled to the property?

Probably, although no competent lawyer will give you a definitive opinion without seeing the document and knowing whether or not the Deed was properly recorded prior to your mother's marriage.
