Settlement of Last Will and Testament

It has been a year since my grandmother died. In her will she requested the house to be sold at the time of her death. It is still not sold because one of my uncles is living there. He is actually incompetent and has no form of income except medicade, welfare, etc. He is listed as beneficiary of the will as well as me, and my three other uncles. I want to sell that house, and get my share. Please advise!
