Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Mexico
In the State of New Mexico, if assets (equity funds) of my deceased parents are listed as Transfer on Death to me, do I need to include these assets in the Probate.

No. These funds were provided for by contract with the funds company, and so pass outside your parents' estate, and are not included in a formal probate.
