Stipulations in wills
How can we keep a deadbeat boyfriend from getting to the money we leave our daughter? Can we stipulate that the money stays in a trust for a certain period of time with conditions?

Yes. You can also appoint a strong-minded trustee with power to distribute to her only for good cause or for reasons you specify in the trust.
