Re: will

It is best to use the statutory form of will approved by New Mexico law. You can, however, write the entire will in your own handwriting, sign it and have your signature witnessed by two others, and it will be legal. Your best advice is to obtain a form online or from an office supply store. There are certain things you cannot do in a will, and certain things you must do. Why not have a lawyer prepare your will and get a professional job done. They start at $50.00 for simple wills.
