Legal Question in Workers Comp in New Mexico

I am currently on workmans comp and have had to move out of the area because of finanancial change. If i am released to go back to work with restrictions at place of injury and am unable to accept position do I lose all benefits due to no place to live?

When you are released from medical care to go back to work, your benefits will cease as of that time. Your living arrangements do not figure in to your WC benefits.
