Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

My brother has been incarcerated
since 8/08. His charges are: 215.51
(criminal contempt-1st E felony) &
120.05 FD (assult-2nd D felony. The
DA is offering him 4 years. Is this
reasonable? Please advise.

No reputable lawyer can answer that question because there are just too many unknown facts. If your brother's attorney is authorized to talk to you, he or she is the only person who can answer that question.
