Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New York

We have a customer who filed for
chapter 11 on 11/10/08. We
delivered our goods on 11/12/08 not
knowing that they had filed for
bankruptcy. The invoice is dated
10/31/08 which was delivered and
signed for and dated on 11/12/08.
Are we part of the settlement or the
reorganization? --Thank you.

The debt should be considered in the normal course of business post petition since the goods were delivered and accepted after the filing
