Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
If you are charged with DUI while you are currently on Felony probation what is the most likely think to happen to you? Will your probation throw the book at you and throw you in prison for the remainder of time on your previous conviction? Or Since it is a first violation on probation will they be more easy going and try to work with you? with maybe time spent in a Drug Rehab Center or a Halfway House? On top of the DUI also being charged with Paraphernalia and CPCS

You are only charged NOT yet convicted. A good criminal defense attorney will be able to evaluate the situation and hopefully work out an appropriate outcome. I cannot be more specific without more info, so please contact my office@ 7188340087 for a phone consultation.
