Competition clause and contracts

I work for a company with whom I have a 2 year non compete clause. The company has contracted my services to 2 school districts (I am a physical therapist). In one situation my company has contracted with a hospital for my services then the hospital has contracted me to a school. And in the other situation I am directly contracted through my company to a school. The school that I work with through the hospital would like to hire me directly. Is there any legal action my company can take if I am no longer under my contract, but have a 2 year non compete clause. The main type of service that my company provides is outpatient physical therapy services were the patients come to the clinic. In no way are there any trade secretes I will be using from the clinic. In fact everything I use in the school I had to form because I am the only therapist in the company who works in the school.
