Regarding the eviction, just assuming your unit WAS actually sold today at foreclosure then, depending on the county you're in, a contested post-foreclosure eviction can take anywhere between a

month and much longer depending on your situation and the skill of your lawyer. Often I get clients to remain until the unit is resold.
