I would like to know if there is a form for a single person with adult and minor childrens?

Here is the problem with using a form for a will. The manner by which the will is signed and witnessed is just as important as the will. If the will is improperly witnessed, and the witness affidavit lacks certain statutory language, the executor will have a lot of problems having the will being offered for probate.

Therefore, do yourself and your love ones a big favor and have a lawyer draft and oversee the execution of a will.

I agree with Mr. Markowitz completely. The execution of the will is paramount as far as importance goes.

There are plenty of simple forms you can use at sites such as legalzoom.com, however

you should still have the final product reviewed and executed by an attorney. Good luck.
