Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York
If my spouse dies am I responsible for his personal credit card debt? My name is not on the card and I had nothing to do with him getting the card.

You are not responsible for your spouses credit card debt.
The only exception might be if the card was used to pay for your spouses
"neccessaries", which could include medical.
