Legal Question in Business Law in New York
Best state to incorporated
what is the best state to incorporate a small business? Is it really Delaware. I already registered a corporation in New York, but i am thinking of registering the business in Florida and still do business in New York and on an International level (Central america). Do know whats the best approach?

Re: Best state to incorporated
Your question needs to be broken down into parts: (1) What is the best place to incorporate? (2) If you have "incorporated" a company in NY, would you also need to "register" the company to do business in Florida or else where. If this accurately reflects your question(s), please confirm and we can address them.
