Driving with a revoked license is considered Aggravated Unlicensed Operator. The charge applies to anyone who drives with a suspended, revoked or otherwise withdrawn by the commissioner. So the answer is yes, you can be charged with VTL 511 (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation). Feel free to contact me with any questions.
