Legal Question in Disability Law in New York

I am disabled America that was wrongly termindated form my job. I called the EEOC but they keep dalaying and dalaying and they are considering dismissing the case, and i also called legal aid for help and no body call me back. I need help, and i jsut can not late this company take my salary pay form me. Jessica Jenkins

Legal aid is primarily for indigent persons who face incarceration, eviction, child custody matters, and social security/disability/welfare claims. Your claim that is pending with the EEOC is perhaps best handled by presenting it to an employment law attorney for review and he/she can make a reasonable determination on whether you have a viable case -regardless of the EEOC's findings, if any.
