Legal Question in Disability Law in New York

I was employed by CVS Corporation for 6 years and recently terminated after giving them notice that I was pregnant. Their reason was because I was not able to get along with an insubordinate/unproductive co-worker. Being the lead technician, I reported verbally and in writing to my supervisor and district manager the complaints of said technician but nothing was ever done about it. Along with this, for over 2 years I have been mistreated and not able to exercise my rights and responsibilities that the lead technician holds. This is a direct misuse of power from my supervisor and district manager. I have documented all specific incidents and feel I have a strong case against them. Can you please help me?

Pregnancy discrimination is on the rise as employers look for new ways to trim budgets and cut down on health insurance costs.

If you believe you have sufficient proof to establish a causal connection between notifying your employer (documented) of your pregnancy and your subsequent termination, I would encourage you to speak with a severance attorney or pregnancy discrimination lawyer.

If you would like to further discuss your case I can be reached at [email protected] or [email protected].
