How can an employer prevent a dicrimination suit from one employee who receives

What case law is there that protects an industrial employer from a disability discrimination or employment law suit in the following scenerio. Client ''A'' is on workers' compensation benefits. She has carpal tunnel syndrome.The insurance carrier provides a retraining program at a cost of $2,000.00. Client ''B'' has a back injury. The insurance carrier provides retraining at a cost of $1,000.00. The employer wants to protect itself from a discrimination suit from Client ''B'' because of services provided to Client ''A.''

Where can I search to find case law or E.E.O.C. laws protecting the employer from such action?

Every disability accomodation must be viewed on its own set of facts. There is no "bright line" rule that can protect you from allegations of discrimination.
