Legal Question in Disability Law in New York
One of my ferrero rocher piece has a hazelnut that was still in the shell. When I was chewing on the chocolate piece, the shelled hazelnut damages my tooth. And now I am having tooth pain. Do you think i have a case against them? Thanks

Yes, you could have a case against them for medical expenses and pain and suffering. You would have to prove that the hazelnut caused the damage (by retaining the hazelnut shell found in the chocolate) and that you suffered damages (evidenced by dental/medical bills).
If you still have the hazelnut and have documented bills and reports, you should send the company a notice of claim. If you need assistance with that, you can contact my office.
