Insufficient info but does not sound right. Contact several Dis attorneys in your area if you choose to take action. As friendly advice, I can say it may not be in your best interests to upset an employer in this economy. Many employers do bad things knowing the agencies that are supposed to protect us without having to hire an atty (such as, for you, the NY Division of Human Rights) are massively overwhelmed and unless they call you a pregnant mf Nword B-word on videotape in front of 100 people (I am being facetious, but not by much), the NYSDHR does not have the manpower to do much and, IF they do so, the baby will already be walking. On the other hand, it IS campaign season. Kathleen Rice is running for NY AG (alum of mine). If your situation is the right fit for the politician's campaign, you may get some relief (but again, when all is said and done, what will your employer do in th long run...wait until your baby is born, then fir you the first time you come in a minute late?)
