Legal Question in Disability Law in New York
my friend was caught by police for attended in prostitution house, after the police break into the apartment, they caught the hookers and keep the males in the other room. after checking their IDs, they releave them and told them that they will be okay and they can go home. I just wondered what will happened after that? will there any charge against him? or after that, will police make any prosecution against him? he is so teriffy now, please answer me asap. thank you
