Legal Question in Disability Law in New York

my grandfather passed away about 2 years ago and has gave my father the run around since then about the estate and assets. My aunt had poa and everything was left in her hands, the will stated she was to be left with everything...signed by my grandfather and my grandmothers name ( doesnt look anything like her signature) she took everything is there anything my father can do?
