Legal Question in Disability Law in New York

Pregnancy discrimination.

I was laid off by a large company while being 7 month pregnant.

File my claim with EEOC and didn't get a positive responce.

What is my next step?

You should probably speak with an attorney. There are important filing deadlines that must be met. Have you received your right to sue letter?
