Legal Question in Disability Law in New York

I recently took a new position at work, this women I was friends with at the time got fired from the position, she is now taking it to a personal level and has falsley accused me and my kids father or hurting our children so cps was called, there has been no such occurances and the case is being closed is there any way I can take this to court for harrasment and deflimation of character and proceed further with this, I have. Also been getting phone calls from a private number and can't prove its her but I'm 100% positive it is this women, please help this is drivng me crazy

Lots of things can be taken to court. However, there is not a legal cure for every bad act (even really bad acts). It sounds more like abuse of process. Speak to an atty but then again, fnding an atty to take a small case may take you a number of tries.
