Legal Question in Disability Law in New York
what is the statue of limitation on a cancelled timeshare in Pennsylvania residing in NYC but now they say we owe them. They some how got a hold of a credit card I dont use and charged my account. its been over 10yrs.

I cannot fully answer this but the Statutes of Limitations ("SOL") are in New York's CPLR. Cornell Law has a great website for looking up NY laws. Contract actions are 6 years, but there are all kinds of SOLs, exceptions, tolling statutes, etc. However, your case touches on PA law so your case may sound more in PA law than NY.
